Android Wear 2.0 update delayed as Google found some last minute bug

Yesterday we reported about some of the Android Wear smartwatches were getting the Android Wear 2.0 OS update.

Now there seems to be some issue with the update process of Android Wear 2.0 OS. The latest report coming from Google says that they have found some bugs in the firmware for the eligible devices. The bug discovered was in just the final stage of testing.

Here’s what Google has to say on this, ” We have started rolling out the Android Wear 2.0 update to Fossil Q Founder, Casio Smart Outdoor Watch WSD-F10 and Tag Heuer Connected. For other devices, the update is currently being delayed due to a bug found in final testing. We will push the update to the remaining devices as soon as the issue is resolved. ”

Google has officially unveiled the reason of why the Update has been delayed. We are sure that Google will take this issue very seriously and will solve in coming days.
