Earlier today we reported about the official launch of OnePlus 5 in India to happen on 22nd June.
The OnePlus 5 was yesterday leaked in HD render. It was reported that the upcoming OnePlus 5 smartphone will come with a full HD (1920x1080p) display. Recently the company announced a poll about the retail box design of OnePlus 5 in India as well as for Chinese fans. Recently we reported about the official teaser of OnePlus 5 with camera sample. The company had already confirmed that the OnePlus 5 will come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 chipset. Recently we reported that OnePlus’ CEO has confirmed presence of the fingerprint scanner on the front in the upcoming OnePlus 5.
Previously we reported about leaked render that brought us a new design to the OnePlus 5. The upcoming flagship smartphone from OnePlus was leaked before with prototype image. The company had already released its first official teaser also with ‘Hello 5‘ confirming its name. We reported about OnePlus confirming the official name of its next flagship and some expected launch time. The next flagship from the Chinese player will be called OnePlus 5. CEO of OnePlus, Pete Lau had already posted a confusing teaser about company’s next product. The exact model number for OnePlus 5 was also leaked in earlier reports. It was leaked recently in other renders.
Now Amazon India has confirmed the availability of OnePlus 5 in India. According to the home page teaser of Amazon, the OnePlus 5 will be released in India on 22nd June at 2PM. It will available for purchase on the same day. The actual time of sale for OnePlus 5 will start at 4:30PM on Amazon India. The home page has same teaser as the teaser foundin OnePlus’ tweet. It has sea shown in the image with a line written, ” Focus on what matters” which is nothing but talking about the camera. The OnePlus 5 could come with a dual camera setup on the back. The Amazon home page also confirms presence of Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset in the OnePlus 5.
