OnePlus has now officially announced the date of unveiling of the OnePlus 5, the next flagship product from Chinese OEM. The official keynote event for the unveiling of OnePlus 5 is scheduled for June 20.
We have already seen some leaks and rumors about the upcoming OnePlus 5. Earlier today, we reported that the upcoming OnePlus 5 smartphone will come with a full HD (1920x1080p) display.
Recently the company announced a poll about the retail box design of OnePlus 5 in India as well as for Chinese fans. Recently we reported about the official teaser of OnePlus 5 with camera sample. The company had already confirmed that the OnePlus 5 will come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 chipset. Recently we reported that OnePlus’ CEO has confirmed presence of the fingerprint scanner on the front in the upcoming OnePlus 5.
Previously we reported about leaked render that brought us a new design to the OnePlus 5. The upcoming flagship smartphone from OnePlus was leaked before with prototype image. The company had already released its first official teaser also with ‘Hello 5‘ confirming its name. We reported about OnePlus confirming the official name of its next flagship and some expected launch time. The next flagship from the Chinese player will be called OnePlus 5. CEO of OnePlus, Pete Lau had already posted a confusing teaser about company’s next product. The exact model number for OnePlus 5 was also leaked in earlier reports. It was leaked recently in other renders.

So this just makes everything clear and easy to understand. But there is some cryptic coding in this tweet. The second line saying ‘ Focus on what matters’ makes some big sense. This could mean the dual camera setup which was leaked recently. The company seems to be focusing on what matters most, the camera of a smartphone. The company has already announced it’s partnership with Dxo for a better smartphone camera in the OnePlus 5.
