Apple to launch a 5K Thunderbolt display with a dedicated GPU

Apple had a very good display record with the Thunderbolt that are being used in the current models. But now it seems that this model will come to an end as the model is getting out of stock in stores & the company doesn’t seem to bring the stocks back anytime soon.

So this strategy from Apple clearly indicates that they are working on a new display unit which will be having 5K resolution  with 5120×2880 pixels & is expected to be announced at Apple’s annual developer conference WDDC 2016. The Current 27-inch thunderbolt panels for Mac are out of stock in most of the stores. the current panel is still selling for a price tag of $999 even after being 5 years old.

Sources also say that Apple is planning to integrate the Graphical processing Unit(GPU) into the display panel itself which could also bring some design changes to the panel. This can solve a very hefty problem with Mac computers that is the compatibility of GPU with many more future Macs. It could also boast the latest USB type C port also. it is also not certain if Apple will change the name of the display or will keep it ‘Thunderbolt’.

Apple is expected to unveil many new software products & some improvements to the current products.  Apple will be showing & releasing the next-generation operating systems of iOS, OS X, tvOS and watchOS and many more.
