Asus ZenFone 2 Laser (ZE500KL) gets Android Marshmallow update

Asus released the Asus Zenfone 2 Laser last year. Now is the time when users are expecting Marshmallow update for their Zenfone 2 Laser devices.

But there is some good news for the Asus Zenfone 2 Laser users. The company has started pushing Android Marshmallow update to it. According to Asus Zentalk forum, the device with model number ZE500KL is getting firmware based on Android Marshmallow. The NE firmware is having version number as WW_13.10.6.16_M3.6.44 . 

The company has also mentioned that it might take upto a week for everyone to get the update. So Keep checking it for your device by going to Settings>About>System Update to check manually.

The apps listed below will no longer be pre-loaded once your device has been upgraded to Android 6.0 (Marshmallow).

Remove Asus Email, Asus Calendar, Asus Messaging won’t preload in this software version. You can use Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Messenger for relevant services
