In near future, you will be able to dial landline or mobile phone numbers from popular social internet and Messenger apps such as Skype, WhatsApp or Viber. This will happen because of inter-connect agreement between internet service providers(ISP) and telecom operators approved by an inter-ministerial panel of the government on Monday.
Voice calling charges will get reduced due to this as Voice calls will also be billed as per data usage. But poor quality of Internet access may give headache to the people.
