Gionee A1 leaked in live images ahead of official unveiling at MWC 2017

Yesterday we reported about Gionee sending the press invites for two new smartphones i.e. the Gionee A1 and Gionee A1 Plus. Both of these smartphones are scheduled to be launched on 27th February at MWC 2017.

Now the Gionee A1 has been leaked in real life images and specifications. As per the latest leak, the Gionee A1 is shown in the above picture. From the above picture, it is clear that it has got similar design like the Lenovo Vibe P2 or Lenovo K6 Note. On the back, it has circular camera module with LED Flash located below that in vertical position. Below the camera and LED Flash, we have the ‘G’ of Gionee. Now if we talk about the front, it is covered with display panel. There is a fingerprint scanner located at the front bottom which will also work as home button.

In terms of specifications, it gets 5.5-inch full HD display which is covered with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass. It has got 1.8GHz GHz octa-core MediaTek chipset which will most probably be from the Helio series. It has also got 4GB of RAM in it. We get 64GB of internal storage with upto 128GB of expandable storage via a micro SD card. The Gionee A1 has got  13MP main camera with dual LED flash. On the front, it has 16MP camera with Selfie flash. It has 4010mAh battery to keep it awake. We have got a fingerprint scanner and an IR scanner as well.

Price & Release date:

The Gionee A1 and A1 Plus with model be officially announced on 27th February at MWC 2017 event. Is is reported to be priced at NPR 35999 in Nepal.
