Any user with a UPI ID will be able to transfer money directly to his/her bank account.
In case, the user has no bank account, then the amount will be treated as the Hike Wallet. Hike Wallet opens up a slew of opportunities for you be it the online shopping, recharges, bill payments etc. You can do all kinds of e-actions right from within the Hike app.
