Nowadays we see there are many manufacturers diving into the Android Nougat update. The latest manufacturer to join the game is Huawei.
Huawei has now announced their plans for Android Nougat update to Huawei devices. The Android Nougat update for Huawei devices will be in the form of company’s own layer over stock Android which is called EMUI. The Android Nougat update for Huawei devices will come with new version as EMUI 5.0 .
The company has already released the Android Nougat beta update based on EMUI 5.0 to the Huawei Mate 9 and Huawei P9 a month ago. It is also confirmed that these two devices will get the Android Nougat update in early 2017 and precisely in Q1 of 2017.
Now the company has announced list of devices that will get the Android Nougat update based on EMUI 5.0 ,
- Huawei Mate 8
- Huawei P9
- Huawei P9 Plus
- Huawei P9 lite
- Huawei Nova
- Huawei Nova Plus
