Latest update to Google Photos on iOS let’s you enable/disable the motion in images

Google Photos, one of the most widely used photos app by many users across the globe. There Google photos is best used for it’s unlimited cloud storage features.

Now Google has pushed a new update to the Google Photos app on iOS platform. Our test device running iOS 11.1 ia now getting the update. This update comes with app version 3.8.0 in the iOS App store.

The major change is coming yo motion photos in this update. With this update, it now let’s you enable and disable motion when sharing an image. With this update, Google has made the app compatible with iPhone X for the display ratio of 19:5:9.

  • Choose whether you want to enable or disable or disable motion when you share.
