LG G5 gets Android Nougat update on T-Mobile

We reported last week that the LG G5 has received the Android Nougat 7.0 update for users of LG G5 on US telecom service provider Sprint.

Now the LG G5 has received the Android Nougat 7.0 update on T-Mobile too. The update has a download size of 1.27GB. It brings thr changes included in Android Nougat by Google. It gets split screen multitasking with multi window support, enhanced doze mode, redesigned notification pane and quick settings layout. There are changes in the settings app itself. One more important feature that Android Nougat brings is seamless background update which lets you use your phone even if the update is being installed. It also brings Unicode 9 emojis which are the latest.

So in order to get the update, just go to Settings>About Phone> Software update . Here you’ll see the Android Nougat update which brings many new features and latest security patches from Google. You are advised to be on a strong Wi-Fi connection to download this 1.27GB large file.
