LG G5 on US Cellular gets Android Nougat update

LG has become one of thr first company to join the Android Nougat update league. The LG V20 was world’s first device with Android Nougat 7.0 . It was launched officially with Android Nougat out of the box. Recently LG has started pushing Android Nougat update to the LG G5. The LG G5 on Sprint and T-Mobile has already received the Android Nougat update.

Now it’s US Cellular that is updating LG G5 with Android Nougat update. The update has a size of 1545.74MB. We advice our users to be on Wi-Fi to download this update as it’s a large update. The version number for this update is US99223A . The latest update brings Android Nougat 7.0 to the LG G5. It brings some major changes like split screen multitasking, Multi window support, Enhanced doze mode, improvements in the Quick settings, redesigned notification pane, muxh improvements in the settings app, seamless background update and much more.
