Lineage OS, the new community based custom ROM initiative has got a new logo today. Lineage OS, the entity which will continue the work Cyanogen did has now booted up with a fresh logo.
Cyanogen made very good alternative to Google’s stock Android OS. They provided very good OS with much better and improved features than the original Android. In the last week of 2016, the company announced that they will be stopping all the work they did and everything that was still under development including nightly builds.
So after the death of Cyanogen, a new entity came to continue the work of Cyanogen and it is called the Lineage OS. The Lineage OS has now got a new logo also. The logo was officially released on their website. It has the logo inspired by forked Android. It has ‘Fork’ symbol in it’s logo. The logo has Cyan color also inspired by Cyanogen. [appbox appstore ]
