Back on 28th July, Xiaomi unveiled it’s next generation of operating system MIUI. The next version of MIUI is dubbed as MIUI 9.
Now the company is preparing itself to release the OS to some of it’s eligible devices. The MIUI 9 will be coming first to Xiaomi Mi 6and Redmi Note 4x and Mi 5x. The latest update claims that the next date of rollout will be 25th August. On 35th August, devices like Xiaomi Mi Mix, Mi Note 2, Mi 5, Mi 5s, Mi 5s Plus, Mi 5c, Mi Max, Mi Max 2, Mi 4s, Mi 4c and Redmi 4x.
The third wave of update roll out will start sometimes in September. Some entry level devices will be positioned in this one like Redmi 2A, Redmi 1s etc.
