Next version of Android could be Android Oreo

It can be assumed that we all have had a taste of the much famous Oreo biscuits in our childhood or currently.

Now it seems like Google is making that name as a the next Android. The company had introduced the Android Nougat back in September with Android 7.0 and later we got 7.1 , 7.1.1 and Recently the Android Nougat 7.1.2 .

Now company’s Sr. Vice President of Android, Chrome OS and Google Play Mr. Heroshi Lockheimer has come up with an innovative way of teaser. He has posted a GIF with Oreo cake in that . The Oreo cake is shown rotating.

It is worth mentioning that he has previously shared many tweets consisting the speculated names of next Android versions but couldn’t make it to the final name. So it could be just an internal name for the next Android version.
