Nexus 6 users were expecting the Android Nougat 7.1.1 update to be available to their devices.
Google released the Android Nougat 7.0 update to it very soon. So users were expecting the same when it comes to Android Nougat 7.1.1 but Google was silent about this. Now Google has come up with an answer to this question. As per Google, there was a last moment error with Motorola Nexus 6 which was causing problems in the Android Nougat 7.1.1 update. The official statement says, ” Unfortunately, we found a last minute bug that was specific to the Nexus 6, which has caused the delay of the 7.1.1 OTA rollout. We’ve since fixed the issue and will be rolling out an update in early January.”
