OnePlus 5 gets 2nd OTA based on Oxygen OS 4.5.3

It’s just been barely a week since the official introduction of OnePlus 5. The OnePlus 5 was announced globally on 20th June whereas the India launch happened on 22nd.

The company had already released first OTA update to the OnePlus 5 which brought some performance improvements and bug fixes that were reported by users across the globe. But now within the same week, the company has released another update to those facing some more issues. The latest update for OnePlus 5 comes as Oxygen OS 4.5.3 based on Android Nougat.

  • Expanded screenshot display issue
  • Google Translate stutters
  • WiFi occasional drops

Optimizations:

  • System stability
  • Camera effect and stability
  • Effects of Auto- brightness adjustment
  • Accuracy of data usage statics

The update isn’t a big one and comes with a size of 54MB in total. So it can be downloaded over a WiFi connection or you mobile data.
