OnePlus says ‘No’ to Android Wear smartwatch

Android Wear based smartwatches are being released by more and more manufacturers. Many of them of Android smartphone makers and few are regular analogue watch makers like Tag Heuer and Titan etc. Users of OnePlus were expecting the cto launch a smartwatch based on Android.

The Android Wear based smartwatch from OnePlus is not actually coming. The company CEO Mr. Carl Pei was in an AMA session at yhe Reddit about the software features and future of Oxygen-Hydrogen OS and their merger. The company CEO Mr. Carl Pei was asked about the smartwatch. The questions was, ” are there any plans on releasing OnePlus smartwatch?” The answer was very much simple and clear that the company isn’t going to release an Android Wear smartwatch. The words of Carl said, ” Nope

So this would be a sad news for fans of Android Wear smartwatches who were waiting for OnePlus to release a smartwatch based on Android Wear.
