Oxygen OS Open Beta 7/5 for OnePlus 5/5T brings changes to launcher and weather

A new update is now hitting to the OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T smartphones.

The update to OnePlus 5 comes as Oxygen OS Open Beta 7 and the same update for the OnePlus 5T is Open Beta 5. This update is available for download from the official OnePlus website. It ia not available as OTA and you’ll have to flash it manually.

  • Added recent search tag in search app section of the app drawer
  • General bug fixes and improvements

Weather

  • Improved accuracy of the current location
  • Added new icons and updated UI

Gaming mode

  • Network boost in Gaming mode – network priority for gaming App in the foreground
