Google has introduced it’s first smartphones and these devices are called Google Pixel. The company talked about some of the key specs and features of Pixel smartphones.
Now it’s time, we should talk about software update. The company has announced the Google Pixel smartphones with Android Nougat. The Pixel smartphones come with some unique features like Pixel launcher, Pixel camera and system wide Google Assistant. Currently these devices have been launched with Android Nougat 7.1 as the base OS.
Now if we talk about th software update time frame for thr Pixel smartphones. This is what Google didn’t disclosed at the launch event. Now thr company has listed it on their official website. As per the listing it comes with ‘2 years of OS upgrade from launch’ and ‘ 3 years of security updates from launch’ .So this is what we get from current Nexus devices.
