Qualcomm announced the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset back in early November. It was later spotted on the benchmarking site AnTuTu. The first benchmarks revealed it to be an octa-core processor.
Now we have some more leaks about the upcoming chipset. As per latest information, the device has now been spotted on the benchmarking site Geekbench. Geekbench listing also confirms it to be an octa-core chipset. The prototype smartphone being tested with this chipset has Android Nougat 7.0 OS in it. There is 4GB of RAM in the prototype model. It has 8 cores @ 1.9GHz . The single core score for the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset is 1844 . The multi core performance for the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 is 5426.
