Redmi 3 will come with 4100mAh battery, confirms Xiaomi

Yesterday We reported about Xiaomi’s upcoming phone Redmi 3 which will be a successor to the last year’s Redmi3/ Redmi 3 Prime. It will be a budget phone with a 5″ HD (1280x720p) display. It will boast a 1.5 GHz Octa Core processor(MT6753 or MT6755 Helio P10 or Snapdragn 616) which will be confirmed by the company in coming days. Other specifications were also made clear in yesterday’s post but now company has teased it on it’s Weibo page with the hone in hands of a lady & battery info ‘4100 mAh’ written below that. It also states that the company is using new technology for batteries that will double the energy stored density in the battery which will give us double power backup. The Redmi 3 which is thin also with just 8.5 mm will have a great amount of battery in it. Now it is also quite confirmed that the smartphone will carry Snapdragon 616 chipset.
