Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) gets June security patches

Earlier today we reported about Samsung pushing June security patches to the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge.

Now it’s time for latest Samsung Galaxy device to get the June security patches. Recently introduced Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) is now getting the Android Security patches for June 2016. The update is being pushed to Galaxy J5 (2017) in several countries of Europe. The update comes with firmware version J530FXXU1AQF5. The update is minor and weighs around 23MB in total. As the update is smaller in size, so don’t expect any major changes with this update. One can not expect any Android update as the smartphone is already running Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box.
