Samsung Galaxy J7 Max gets first OTA with June security patches on board

Samsung launched the Galaxy J7 Max smartphone in India earlier in June. The Samsung Galaxy J7 Max was introduced exclusively in India with no information about global availability. The smartphone comes with Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box loaded with Samsung Experience 8, the same on Galaxy S8 series. The Samsung Galaxy J7 Max also comes with May security patches from Google.

Now the company has released a new update to the Galaxy J7 Max. The latest update brings some basic changes and performance improvements. The major change coming with this update is June security patches. The software firmware version coming with this update is G615FXXU1AQF4 / G615FODD1AQF4 / G615FXXU1AQF4 for the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max.  The update has a size of 129.49 MB in total.
