Samsung has announced a new exchange program in the US for users affected with explosion issues of Samsung Galaxy Note 7.
Under this exchange program,users will get a new Samsung Galaxy J series device to jse until their new Samsung Galaxy Note 7 gets replaced. The replacement will happen only after approval from CPSC which is still pending. The company is also offering an exchange of Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge devices with all yhe necessary accessories. The company is also ready to refund the difference amount. The company is also giving $25 in-store credit which can be used later on.

In order to get this exchange program for your Samsung Galaxy Note 7, you need to visit the store from where you purchased. In case you bought it from Samsung.com, you need to call 1-800-SAMSUNG and they will assist in getting the same.
