Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+ are getting a new update on T-Mobile with June security patches and changes to navigation bar

Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ were unveiled globally on 29th March.  Both the smartphones came with Android Nougat out of the box.

Now a new update is being rolled out to the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+. The update is headed to Galaxy S8 series on T-Mobile. The update brings June security patches to the Galaxy S8 series. It also brings some changes to the navigation bas also. After the update, you’ll see a button on the left side of navigation bar that lets you show or hide the navigation bar. There are some customization options like custom background color to navigation bar.

Navigation bar:-

  • Icons (Fix/hide) have been added to the left side of navigation bar so you can see more of the display without navigation concealing it.
  • Range of available background colors has been changed, and after updating the software, the background color will be set to default color.
