Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi is all set to unveil the next generation of Redmi series in India.
The next devices from xiaomi under the redmi series will be called the Redmi 6 Series. It includes smartphones like the Redmi 6 the Redmi 6 Pro and Redmi 6A. The Redmi 6 will be a successor to the Redmi 5 whereas the 6A will be successor to the 5A. But the Redmi 6 Pro will be a totally new device under the Xiaomi Redmi brand. The company has started teasing the next Redmi series as #DeshKeNayeSmartphones which clearly indicates that there will be more than 1 smartphone on 5th September event as the original #DeshKaSmartphone title was given to the Redmi 5A in the country.
Talking about the teaser, it has three devices in it, two with 18:9 display and the third one with 19:9 display and a notch on top. The two first indicate existence of the Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A while the third one with notch means the Redmi 6 Pro.
