Xiaomi is presently selling the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 smartphone in India as well as some other countries across the world. Now it’s time for the company to unveil it’s successor as the Redmi Note 5.

As per the Geekbench listing, it is a little surprising to know that the Redmi Note 5 will come with an Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617(MSM8952) processor. It also has got 3GB of RAM which could be somewhat for the basic variant. It also comes with Android Nougat 7.1.2 out of the box.
