Sony released their mid range device Xperia M5 and Xperia M5 Dual smartphones back in August of 2015. These smartphones were a good mid range devices but were not that much successful because of their pricing & availability in different regions. Now company is trying to wow some customer & gain some more customers by providing these devices an update which was much awaited. Today company started rolling out Lollipop update for both the devices i.e. Xperia M5(30.1.A.1.33) and Xperia M5 dual(30.1.B.1.33).
The single SIM Xperia M5 (E5603, E5653, E5606) moves to build number 30.1.A.1.33, whilst the Xperia M5 Dual (E5633, E5663, E5643) moves to version 30.1.B.1.33. All the versions are seeing updates except E5643.
