Taiwanese smartphone maker ASUS, yesterday announced a new smartphone with a new name. We have seen many rumors & leaks about this smartphone in the past. The newest smartphone from ASUS is called ASUS Pegasus 5000. As the name suggests, it has nearly 5000mAh battery( 4850mAh) . ASUS has already launched it’s ASUS Zenfone Max smartphone with huge 5000mAh battery inside it.
This is a very mid range smartphone with medium specifications . It has 5.5-inch Full HD (1920×1080 p) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3.It is powered by MediaTek MT6753 OctaCore 1.3GHz processor. It is powered by 2GB / 3 GB RAM in it with 16GB of internal storage. It has a 13MP camera on the back with 5MP camera o the front. The device is running Android Lollipop 5.1 based on Zen UI .

The ASUS Pegasus 5000 has been released in Blue and Golden colors. The price is announced to be CNY1299 in China for the 2GB RAM variant and CNY1799 for 3GB RAM variant. It will be on sale through China Telecom.
