AT&T Nexus 6 is receiving January security patches

For Nexus 6 smartphone users on AT&T, the carrier is pushing a new update for your devices.

This new update which weighs in at 26MB, carries the software version NBD91W and brings in the Google’s monthly security enhancements for the month of January.

There is no other change recorded as per the listing on the official software download page for the Motorola Nexus 6 (XT1103).

You can download the update via Firmware Over the Air (FOTA) and be patient, as the updates are released slowly and make take a week (as per slow roll GOTA campaign), before you start to see a notification on your device.
