Doctor appointment feature coming to S Health with the Galaxy S8

Samsung has an app called S Health in the Galaxy series of smartphones. The S Health app was first introduced with the Samsung Galaxy S5. The company is already busy adding as many features as possible. Samsung has already integrated the S Health app with Fitbit, Jawbone, Strava and much more.

Now there are reports claiming that the company is working on the next big update to the S Health app. According to sources, Samsung is working with WebMD and Amwell for a deeper integration of their services into the S Health app. With this integration, the app will allow you to search foe disease by symptoms using the app. It will also allow you to search drugs/medicines using the app. Along with all this, the company is also working on to bring you a feature with which you can schedule an online appointment with doctor. It can also provide a 24×7 list of nearby pharmacy stores. Users an even pay the fee of doctors and rate any particular doctor in the app itself. There will also a unique feature added to the app which will allow you to call 911 in case of emergency.
