Google chrome for iOS updated with fixes for memory and tab opening issue

Google has pushed a new update to the Chrome browser. The update is headed to Google Chrome on iOS platform.

The latest update to Google Chrome on iOS b brings the app version to 62.0.3202.70 . The update comes with some minor changes to app. The app size for this update is 61.6 MB in total which can be downloaded using a WiFi network or even mobile data.

The update brings fix for iOS 11 that was causing page loading issues in low memory situations. Another fix is all about tab l opening crash that was reported by many users.

Changelog:

  • Fixed an issue on iOS 11 where web pages would not paint fully in low-memory situations.
  • Fixed a crash when quickly opening new tabs
