Google today launched the Google Assistant, a new virtual assistant during their annual developer conference called the Google IO which happens every year in summer.
Along with the Google Assistant, the company announced Google Home, the new personal assistant in your home which can be of daily assistant in your everyday life. It is a device to compete with Amazon echo with nearly similar specs & features. With Google Home you can have many tasks done like switching on the light, Wifi Speaker, Send message, Access songs , Playlists,Send music from your Android or iOS device using Google cast. it allows to control other speakers using the Google Cast. daily basic works like setting alarms, timer,managing to-do list,shopping list. in future it can do things like booking a car, booking a movie tickets & sending flowers to mom and much more.
With the Google Home you can ask anything directly to Google like weather or the facts you want or wikipedia but it has search built in. You can follow upto the last questions also. You can also go to the harder questions like ‘what was the Us’ population when NASA was established?’ It can help you retrieve your travel details , track your package, your daily schedule,traffic to work and much more.
