Lenovo announces K5 Note with MediaTek Helio P10 chipset & Fingerprint scanner


Chinese smartphone maker Lenovo is going great in the smartphone business . They are launching new products very frequently. On 5th of this month, the company announced their K4 Note smartphone in India which is a successor to last year’s K3 note smartphone. Just after the launch of K4 Note smartphone, we reported that company was already working on K5 Note smartphone .

Now the smartphone is made official in home ground of the company China. This smartphone might rather be China exclusive because K4 Note is having nearly similar specifications. It packs a 5.5″ Full HD (1920x1080p) display which is similar to Lenovo’s K4 Note smartphone. The smartphone features 2GB of RAM along with 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded via a Micro SD card. It features a 13MP camera on the back with dual tone LED flash and PDAF for faster focus. On the front, it is having 8MP camera. It is powered by 1.8GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P10 processor.

It has Dolby ATOMS sound support for better audio. It has Aluminium unibody design with fingerprint scanner on the back. The fingerprint scanner used in the Lenovo K5 Note is fast one which detects in just 2.3 seconds.
