LG has just announced that it is the first manufacturer to actually have “flexible displays” entering in mass production stage. These 6-ich OLED displays may come in rumored LG G Flex or LG Z, fitted with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor.
Also there has been leak of a “Samsung Galaxy Round” trademark, which is claimed to be Samsung’s smartphone with flexible display. The domestic sales of the Samsung’s device may begin even next week while LG may launch its LG G flex in November. Though these smartphones are not going to be actually flexible rather the flexibility of displays make it much robust in face of accidents and falls.
