Microsoft Outlook for Android gets @mentions support (v2.1.125)

microsoft outlook

Microsoft Outlook mail client app for Android has received a new update in the play store. This update (v2.1.125) adds a cool new feature when writing an email and that is @mentions.

The @mentions make conversations look real and lets you tag people right inside the body of an email. This tag will also add them ‘To’ field of the email header.

Here is the official change-log:

  • Tap the @ sign in an email to quickly mention people and call out their attention on the things they need to see, read or do. Emails you’re mentioned in will appear with an @ sign in your inbox.
  • Easily add people to the events you’re going to by forwarding them the invitation. (Office 365 users only)

App Features

  • Seamless inbox management with a focused inbox that displays your most important messages first, swipe gestures and smart filters.
  • Easy access to calendar and files right from your inbox.
  • Features to work on the go, like Word, Excel and PowerPoint integrations.

Download the app from Play store using the store link below.
