Chinese OEM Xiaomi has now started rolling out a new update to the newly released Redmi 5 smartphone.
The Xiaomi Redmi 5 smartphone is getting the MIUI 9 with version number V9.2.2.0.NDAMIE. The ROM is Global Stable one and can be downloaded by global users with Redmi 5 in their hands. The ROM comes with an update size of 1.4GB in total which can be downloaded using a WiFi network. It can be downloaded using there updater app and can be downloaded on a PC also.
Coming to the changes, the company hasn’t provided any official changelog for this update. The ROM is based on Android Nougat 7.1 with MIUI 9.
