The Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 is infamous because of its heatingissuees. Qualcomm launched the Snapdragon 652 processor to complete with Mediatek Helio X20 and X25 processor.
Now there are evidence that the company is working on the second generation of Snapdragon 652 processor. The second generation of Snapdragon 652 processors were spotted to be imported on the Indian import website Zauba. There were a total of 58 numbers of chipsets imported to India. It is listed to have model number MSM8976SG where SG stands for Second Generation. It is having similar structure like the original Snapdragon 652 . The structure is 4quad + 4quad core processors at a frequency of 2.0GHz and 1.4GHz respectively. It supports Quad HD displays. The second gen Qualcomm Snapdragon supports upto 8GB of RAM which is not new.
