Qualcomm has today launched the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 as the new SoC for upcoming flagship smartphones from different companies.
Along with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, the Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0 is also official. The Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0 brings many changes to the charging methods. It brings 20% faster charging. There is improvements in the efficiency which is exactly 30% more efficient compared to the current charging standard i.e. Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 . Th latest Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0 is compatible with USB Type-C and USB Power Delivery (USB-PD) specifications. The company has also added some more improvements to the security and safety standards in the Quick Charge 4.0 . The company has come up with a new marketing slogan which says, ” 5 minutes of charg grant you 5 hours of use” . This is a great marketing method for the company. The company claims that the Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0 brings a feature with which 80% of thr original battery size can be retained even after 500 recharge cycles.
