The device was available for purchase on their official website. But now as you order, the expected delivery time was keep postponing which ia just because of production issues. Now the company has announced that they will be temporarily pausing the sales of OnePlus 3 in below mentioned countries. The sales will be paused from August 9th 0:00 (CEST) until September 12th 23:59 (CEST).
