Samsung Exynos 8895 is now official for premium smartphones in Exynos 9 series

As expected, Samsung has now officially announced their next flagship chipset under it’s Exynos brand. The company had already sent out a teaser for the Exynos 9 series chipset launch of the next premium chipset in Exynos brand.

Now the Samsung Exynos 8895 chipset is official from the company. The Samsung Exynos 8895 comes with latest and industry leading 10-nanometer (nm) FinFET process technology for it. The 10nm FitFET tech allowed 27% improvements in performance with 40% reduced power usage when put against the 14nm technology. It is world’s first to introduce gigabyte modem with Cat.16 for better network. The Samsung Exynos 8895 is an octa-core chipset with 4 cores at Samsung’s Custo design CPUs and the other 4 cores at A-53 CPUs for improved battery usage . In terms of graphical performance, the Exynos 8895 uses Mali G-71 GPU which is also one of the top most out there. It comes with improved 3D graphics and 4K UHD VR capabilities. In addition to the graphics, the chipset is also capable to play 4K UHD videos at 120fps.
