Samsung launched the Samsung Galaxy A5(2016) smartphone back in early 2016. The smartphone has now been spotted passing through the benchmarking site Geekbench.

The benchmarking site has some information about the 2016 version of Samsung Galaxy A5. Other things remain unchanged but the Android version. The latest listing on Geekbench shows Android Nougat in the Samsung Galaxy A5(2016). This clearly indicates that the company is currently testing Android Nougat for the Samsung Galaxy A5(2016).

The Geekbench listing has Samsung device with model number SM-A525F which is the model number for Samsung Galaxy A5(2017) but specifications listed prove the device to get the Samsung Galaxy A5(2016) instead.
