Samsung has already published many Beta builds of Android Nougat. It was also confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge will directly get Android Nougat 7.1 update.
Now the company has started soak test of Android Nougat for Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. Some users of Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge are reporting that they are getting the Android Nougat update in their devices. The soak test update brings firmware version as G935FXXU1DPLR. The Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge Android Nougat update brings January security patches also. We have also got a screenshot of the update where every detail was mentioned .
One thing worth mentioning that the screenshot shows Android version as Nougat 7.0 not 7.1 . It has got security patches till 1st January 2017.
