Sony to launch Xperia M Ultra with 6” FHD display & super thin bezels

It’s been a while since Sony released a phone. Now it seems the company is working on a phone that will be in the Xperia M series & will be called as the Xperia M Ultra.

As the name suggests, Ultra means it has some ultra specs compared to the current M series. The Sony Xperia M Ultra will be having a 6-inch Full HD display with super thin bezels. Other hardware includes 3GB of RAM with 32GB of internal storage. The device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor. In the camera department, the Xperia M Ultra will be equipped with 23MP rear camera while there will be a 16MM sensor on the front. The smartphone will be getting juice from a 4280mAh battery  which also supports Qualcomm Quick Charger 3.0.
