A new Sony Xperia smartphone has now been leaked in a wild. The latest leaked Sony smartphone has been spotted on the benchmarking site GFXBENCH named as Sony 'Pikachu' As per the GFXBENCH listing, the Sony 'Pikachu' comes with 5-inch HD (1280x720p) display. It has got 3GB of RAM in it.
