Chinese Android OEM OnePlus announced a new peer review program for their upcoming flagship device, OnePlus 3. This program is called ‘The Lab‘. As the name suggests, it is a program in which top 30 users from the world will be chosen & given free OnePlus 3 devices to review the device even before the official launch. The company statement says about The lab,”We built OnePlus together. Your feedback and participation help guide everything we do, and it’s time to take that collaboration to the next level. Here in the Lab, we’ll be working directly with the community – to make things better”
Now the company has started voting for the top 30 candidates based on the applications.Currently the company has finalized top 60 candidates for the program,” All of us at OnePlus are incredibly humbled by the response we’ve received to the OnePlus 3 Peer Review program. Over 15,000 of you applied for this community initiative. We combed through each and every one of your applications, and narrowing it down to 60 wasn’t easy.”
Now the company wants other to vote for these top 60 candidates. Among these only 30 will be selected fot the peer review ‘The lab’ program,”Now, it’s your turn. Vote to determine who will join the final review team. Only 30 will make the cut, so make it count. Never Settle.”
A total of 15282 people applied for this program which simply means that users are quite interested about the device.
