Popular social messaging app WhatsApp is now getting a new update. The latest update to WhatsApp is getting pushed out on iOS platform.
The WhatsApp update on iOS platform comes with app version 2.18.22 in the Apple app store. It comes with two new major features. The first one is ability to switch between video and voice calls directly from an ongoing call.
Changelog:
- You can now easily switch between voice and video calls. Just tap the video button while you’re on a call.
- You’ll now see the ‘@’ button in group chats. Just tap on it to quickly scroll to unread messages where you were replied to or mentioned.
